Returns and Refund Policy

Customers wishing to return an unopened product may do so within 28 days of purchase to receive a full refund, excluding any return postage fees. Private customers are entitled to specific cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. KANINE KARTEL returns policy allows for the return of unopened items within 30 days, provided there is valid proof of purchase. Customers must notify the vendor via email at KANINE9KARTEL@YAHOO.COM and are responsible for returning the goods in a saleable condition at their own expense. The return is considered complete once the vendor receives the items at the specified address, which can be obtained by emailing the same address. If the vendor covers the return shipping costs, this amount will be deducted from the refund. Products must be maintained in good condition until returned. Customers are entitled to a full refund if the product is damaged upon arrival, but must report such damage within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement at no additional cost. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. It is important to note that the dog bed is not intended for carrying dogs or weight, and any damage resulting from such use will not be covered.
